My credit card or PayPal account will be charged for digital products at the moment when the product becomes available for download;

My credit card or PayPal account will be charged for coaching services at the moment when I book my coaching session(s);

I may cancel a coaching session up to 48 hours before the session, for a full refund of the coaching session cost;.

Coaching sessions which I attempt to re-book with less than 24 hours' notice or don't show up for (including sessions which I have re-booked) will not be refunded;

I expressly agree that my use of MindTreeHealth.net products and services is at my sole risk;

I understand that MindTreeHealth.net and Lishui Springford disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of title, merchantable quality, and fitness for a particular purpose;
